With fewer than 300 bottles available worldwide following 72% of the 2021 Blanton’s La Maison du Whisky release being damaged, the Paris Conquete and France Conquete edition single-barrels are some of the rarest and most limited whiskeys to be produced by the distillery. Bottled at 100 proof and selected from barrel 329, this limited edition single-barrel bourbon is a scintillating and subtly balanced bourbon whiskey with a profile that spans from smooth toffee, sweet vanilla, refined hints of oak and subtle spice, all of which are characteristic of Blanton’s finest bourbons.
Created for connoisseurs who appreciate exceptional bourbon whiskey. This bourbon is produced with Mash Bill #2, a sour mash of corn, rye, and malted barley before being matured in American White Oak casks. The nose is a fruity bouquet with a dominant note of cooked apple and wood fruits. On the mid-palate, slight hints of sweet vanilla, with notes of grain, spicy cinnamon, and bright notes of citrus peel mingled with prominent wood, cedar, and pine sap. The finish is spiced with a ground white pepper that holds together nicely.
