Distilled in Lawrenceburg, Indiana by the Ross & Squibb Distillery, this seventh installment continues the Remus/Rossville Union lineage from MGP production. Aromas of dark caramel, black cherry and pecan pie open to a round, balanced palate with warming, even peppery heat and early brown butter and caramel icing notes that lead into brighter Hot Tamales and cocktail cherry accents before a mildly syrupy finish of Tootsie Roll, orange peel and seasoned oak.
